Our dough? Fermented for 48 to 72 hours to unlock its naturally complex flavor and cloud-like texture — soft, slightly chewy, and easy to digest. Crafted with just four ingredients: imported Italian flour, sea salt, yeast, and water. Nothing extra. Nothing artificial. Just like it’s done in Naples.

Cooked in under 90 seconds in our Italian-imported wood-fired oven, each 12” pizza is a celebration of craftsmanship, simplicity, and soul.

• Pizzeria-Style GF Pizza – Soft and chewy (celiac-safe but contains wheat starch, not suitable for wheat allergies)
